Contest Terms & Conditions

By participating in the TatsHub Creator Contest, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18)
- Have an active social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
- Be legally able to receive payments in your jurisdiction
- Agree to create content featuring tattoos or tattoo-related themes
2. Contest Period
The contest runs from the launch date until we reach 30 selected creators or the deadline specified on the contest page, whichever comes first. TatsHub reserves the right to extend or modify the contest period.
3. Selection Process
Creators will be selected based on:
- Quality and creativity of existing content
- Engagement rates and audience size
- Alignment with TatsHub's brand values
- Potential for creating tattoo-related content
Selection decisions are final and at TatsHub's sole discretion.
4. Prizes & Rewards
Selected creators will receive:
- Cash prizes ranging from $100 to $5,000 based on performance
- Free premium access to the TatsHub app
- Access to exclusive creator Discord channels
- Potential brand ambassador opportunities
Prize distribution is based on content performance metrics and engagement levels as determined by TatsHub.
5. Content Requirements
Selected creators agree to:
- Create original, high-quality content featuring tattoos or tattoo culture
- Post content according to agreed-upon schedules
- Include TatsHub branding or mentions as specified
- Maintain professional standards in all content
6. Content Rights
By participating, you grant TatsHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your contest-related content across our platforms and marketing materials. You retain ownership of your original content.
7. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Providing false information in applications
- Creating inappropriate or offensive content
- Failing to meet content requirements or deadlines
- Violating platform terms of service
8. General Terms
TatsHub reserves the right to modify these terms, cancel the contest, or make changes to prizes at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
